Ashwagandha is an herb, sometimes also known as ajagandha, ayurvedic ginseng, or Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha is prized for its use in Ayurvedic medicine, and has dozens of potential applications.

While the potential uses for ashwagandha are many, it’s most popular uses are for helping to relieve stress, supporting mental health, supporting the thyroid, providing temporary pain relief, supporting reproductive health in both men and women, and promoting relaxation and sleep.
